At J.L. Matthews Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
